FAQ

How long is each coaching session?

Each session is 50 minutes. 

How much does coaching cost? 

Each session is paid on a sliding scale from $80 - $140. You pay what you're able to. If cost is a barrier, please reach out. 

How many coaching session do you need?

Most people resolve the issue they sought coaching for in three to six session. People who come with a specific question sometimes resolve the issue in one session.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No, 1:1 coaching is not therapy and is not intended to be a substitute for therapy.

Is there nudity in sex coaching?

My 1:1 coaching does not include nudity at any point.

What's your background in, Ella? 

Ella has over 200 hours of training in comprehensive, evidence-based sex education and has been a sexuality educator for four years. Before becoming a freelance sexuality educator, Ella trained youth-serving professionals (think: teachers, clinicians) how to teach comprehensive sexuality education to young people.
